Import Alliance is where import car enthusiasts meet. Last year about 2800 cars attended. Some folks from around Tampa will be going up to Charlotte for this event. Anyone is free to post up info about

The 2012 ImportAlliance Summer Meet represents a new era for ImportAlliance. We have had to make the difficult decision to relocate the event to another venue. To be fair and completely honest this decision was at least partially made for us when the owners of the Nashville Superspeedway decided to close the venue that had become the home of ImportAlliance shortly after last years event. With that began our long and difficult saga to find a new facility to partner with for the largest of our ImportAlliance events

This is still happening. its actually gotten bigger. The meets are every other friday. so the next few USF car meets will be:
Fri - 5/25/12
Fri - 6/1/12
Meet starts at 8:00pm. the location is no longer the USF Sun Dome.
see next post for current parking lot. $2 entrance fee goes to charity.

They are going to have the Dyno there and it will be free for Reg cars..
Free Food and drinks for All. Live entertainment By, Bill Castner and Karen Kallin .Also 106.3 will be there.Many Door Prizes, and Money give away, They will have there show room filled with tables so You can go in and sit out of the sun and heat.. so come out and enjoy the Day.. this one is a Sat, that some of you always want me to do. This event is scheduled only three times during the year (January, April, and October)
For April, cool of the evening. Last time I was there food, drinks and entertainment was totally free.-Bob
